Oolong

Ti Kwan Yin

Iron Goddess Of Mercy – One of the most famous Oolong`s – a partly oxidized tea. Legend has it the The Iron Goddess of Mercy appeared to a poor farmer one night showing the way to a tea shoot – upon awaking the farmer followed his dream and found the shoot. This tea has a light airy character with lightly noted orchid like hints.

Quangzou Milk Oolong

From the famous WuTi mountains in China`s Fuyjian province. The wonderful “milky” flavor is the result of a sudden shift in temperature during harvest. Velvety, sweet, creamy – luxury in a cup.

Black Teas

A single estate black tea from India – growing by the Brahmaputra River. Thick and malty but surprisingly airy with good flavor and a rich red liquor and lots of Golden Tips.

Royal Earl Grey

The most famous flavoured black tea. Infused with the oil of Bergamot – a citrus fruit and layered with cornflower blossoms, smooth flavours with a delightful balance of citrus notes.

The only tea that is aged. This tea is produced in the Yunnan province of china and undergoes a fermentation process. The tea is full bodied with musty characters. It is believed that this tea helps reduce the fat content in the blood – aiding to reduce cholesterol.
